???? Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll accurately and timely.- Support employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives.- KPI management- Handle offboarding and exit formalities- Act as a point of contact for employees and management on HR matters
???? What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field- 3-5 years of HR experience- Knowledge of Saudi labor law and immigration regulations- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
