The Role You’ll oversee laboratory operations, quality, resource planning, and client delivery—ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient execution of laboratory and field testing programs. You’ll also support proposals, audits, equipment management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You’ll DoLead laboratory operations and ensure testing accuracy and compliance. Review project requirements, prepare method statements, and support proposals. Manage workload planning, staffing, and technical quality. Oversee equipment maintenance, calibration, and inventory. Coordinate with engineering, quality, and site teams. Mentor staff and maintain audit readiness. Drive knowledge sharing and technical best practices.
What We’re Looking For Master’s degree in Engineering, Geosciences, or related field.10+ years of laboratory testing and management experience. Strong leadership, organisation, and client-facing skills. Solid understanding of QA/QC and geotechnical testing standards.
