We’re Hiring: Senior Internal Audit We are looking for a motivated Senior Internal Audit to join our team and play a key role in strengthening governance, risk management, and internal controls across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Internal Audit Execution Plan and perform internal audit engagements in line with the approved annual audit plan. Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls, processes, and compliance with company policies. Identify control gaps, process inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Contribute to the continuous enhancement of internal audit methodologies and practices. Risk & Control Assessment Identify key operational and financial risks and assess the adequacy of mitigating controls. Evaluate internal controls in accordance with the COSO framework. Provide practical, value-added recommendations to strengthen controls and reduce risk exposure. Reporting & Follow-UpPrepare clear, comprehensive audit reports highlighting findings and actionable recommendations. Present and discuss audit results with relevant stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment. Follow up on audit findings and monitor the implementation of management action plans. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of audit recommendations. Provide advisory and technical support on internal controls and risk management matters. Professional Standards & Ethics Conduct all audit activities in compliance with the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing (IIA Standards). Maintain the highest levels of integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.5–7 years of relevant internal audit experience. Experience in the hospitality or tourism sector is highly preferred. Strong understanding of internal controls, risk management, and corporate governance. Professional certification (CIA preferred). Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus). Skills & Competencies Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and report-writing abilities. High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
