Job Purpose To plan, organize, and oversee digital marketing activities, including market analysis, understanding customer behavior, and identifying marketing opportunities. The role focuses on developing effective digital marketing strategies and executing campaigns across various digital channels to achieve business objectives, as well as content creation, performance measurement, and coordination with internal and external teams to ensure message consistency and enhance customer experience.
Duties and Responsibilities Comply with approved policies, procedures, and regulations in line with relevant local and international standards. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to identify potential digital marketing opportunities. Develop integrated digital marketing strategies covering advertising, public relations, and social media. Create and manage effective digital marketing content (copy, designs, videos, presentations) in coordination with the Content Specialist. Manage and supervise company social media accounts, ensuring alignment with Al Khaleejiah’s brand identity. Build and maintain a strong digital presence that supports the company’s overall strategy. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including online advertising, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns. Use marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics to measure campaign performance and prepare periodic reports. Ensure compliance with the approved marketing budget and achieve optimal resource utilization with positive ROI. Coordinate with sales, development, design, and finance teams to ensure message consistency across departments. Participate in initiatives aimed at improving the planning and organization of marketing activities. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures outlined in the company’s Integrated Management System. Monitor and ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001 / ISO 22000 / ISO 45001 / ISO 14001).
Job Qualifications Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience:4 to 7 years of relevant experience.
