We are hiring for one of our clients' Trading & Contracting Holding Company General Manager -Sr Level Required Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in the heavy equipment industry Target Joining Date - ASAP (flexible up to 30) Hiring Model - Permanent Preferred Nationality, Gender & - Open to All Nationalities Monthly Salary & Benefits - SAR 40,000Bonus / Commission - Performance-based Flight Tickets --Provided for employee and family Annual Leave - 30 days Medical Insurance --A-Class coverage (Self & Family) Contract Duration - One year, renewable Working Days / Hours 5 days per week Minimum Qualification - Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) Targeted Industries Heavy Equipment – Wholesale of heavy machinery (e.g., forklifts, cranes) and After-Sales operations (spare parts & maintenance workshops)

Role and Responsibilities1. Strategic Planning:- Develop and implement the company's strategic plans and objectives.- Conduct market research, identify business opportunities, and assess potential risks.- Create and execute strategies to achieve sustainable growth and profitability.2. Business Development:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expansion into new markets and customer segments.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, and suppliers.- Lead negotiations for major contracts, tenders, and partnerships.3. Operational Management:- Provide overall leadership and direction to all departments within the organization.- Ensure effective implementation of operational policies, procedures, and quality standards.- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency.4. Financial Management:- Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial objectives are met.- Monitor and analyze financial performance, prepare financial reports, and present findings to the executive team.5. Stakeholder Management:- Represent the company in external meetings, conferences, and industry events.- Build and maintain positive relationships with government authorities, industry associations, and community stakeholders.
Qualifications and Education Requirements-Preferred Skills- Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in the electrical industry, with a proven track record of success in leadership and management roles.- Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of financial management principles.- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
