Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for an Insurance Officer specializing in services for dental clinics. The role is based in Riyadh. The Insurance Officer will be responsible for managing and processing insurance claims, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, maintaining accurate client records, and effectively liaising between insurance companies and the dental clinics to resolve queries. Other responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, analyzing financial data, and providing insurance-related sales and advisory support, verify NPHIES and coding accuracy.
Qualifications Proficiency in Insurance processes and policies; understanding of insurance claim procedures and documentation Strong Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge, with the ability to assess claims and calculate financial implications Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure a positive experience for clients and resolve inquiries professionally Effective Sales abilities to communicate and promote insurance-related solutions to dental clinics Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems preferred Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, or similar Experience in the insurance or healthcare industry is an advantage
