Job Summary The Expansion Specialist is responsible for supporting and executing Saldwich’s growth and expansion strategy across new locations and markets. The role focuses on identifying viable sites, conducting feasibility and market analysis, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring successful rollout of new branches in alignment with brand standards, operational readiness, and financial targets. This role plays a critical part in scaling the brand while maintaining consistency, profitability, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Expansion & Site Development• Identify and evaluate potential locations for new branches based on market demand, demographics, footfall, and commercial feasibility • Conduct site feasibility studies including financial projections, break-even analysis, and ROI • Support lease negotiations and coordinate with landlords, brokers, and developers • Manage the end-to-end expansion process from site approval to store opening Market & Competitor Analysis• Conduct market research to identify high-potential areas and growth opportunities • Analyze competitors, pricing, concepts, and customer behavior • Provide data-driven insights to support expansion decisions Cross-Functional Coordination• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Design, and Marketing teams to ensure readiness for new openings • Align store layout, equipment, staffing plans, and supply requirements • Support pre-opening and post-opening phases to ensure smooth launch Project Management• Track expansion timelines, milestones, and deliverables • Ensure new branches open on time, within budget, and according to brand standards • Identify risks and propose mitigation plans Reporting & Documentation• Prepare expansion reports, site evaluations, and performance summaries • Maintain accurate documentation for approved and pipeline locations • Monitor post-opening performance and recommend improvements Education & Certification:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field Experience:• 3–7 years of experience in expansion, business development, real estate, or project management • Previous experience in F&B, QSR, or multi-branch restaurant concepts is a must• Experience working with landlords, malls, and commercial developers is a strong advantage Other:Strong analytical and financial evaluation skills • Solid understanding of site selection and commercial feasibility • Project management and coordination skills • Strong communication and negotiation abilities • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment • Attention to detail with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset
