Job Title: Head of Procurement

Job Purpose The Head of Procurement is responsible for leading and managing the organization’s procurement strategy, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, compliance, and timely delivery of goods and services. This role plays a strategic part in supplier management, contract negotiations, and supporting business growth through effective sourcing and procurement governance.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, tendering, negotiations, and contract award. Establish and enforce procurement policies, procedures, and governance frameworks. Manage strategic supplier relationships and negotiate high-value contracts and framework agreements. Oversee procurement planning, budgets, and cost optimization initiatives. Collaborate closely with finance, legal, operations, and project teams to support business needs. Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and ethical procurement standards. Monitor supplier performance, risks, and market trends to ensure continuity of supply. Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team to drive performance and accountability. Provide regular reporting and insights on procurement performance, savings, and risks to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field . Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent are highly desirable.5+ years of progressive procurement experience, with significant exposure to senior leadership roles. Proven experience managing complex procurement environments and high-value contracts. Experience in Media, Advertising and Digital Media Key Skills & Competencies Strong strategic sourcing and negotiation skills. Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities. Strong commercial and contract management knowledge. Ability to balance cost, quality, risk, and delivery timelines. High level of integrity, professionalism, and decision-making capability. Experience with ERP and procurement systems.
