Job Details

Job Purpose;To process the day-to-day operations related to Human Resources that support the implementation of the HR Policies and Procedures such as leave, time sheet, payroll, onboarding and employees' grievance.
Responsibilities:-Prepare the timesheet and reflect the attendance record for payroll processing.-Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status.- Onboarding/ offboarding: Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including employment contracts, transfers, and termination paperwork.-Implement HR policies throughout the organization.-Monitors all HR Governments portal.-Support in all HR and government visit matters.-Participates in cross-functional HR projects.-Build strong business relationships with coworkers.-Managing the Facilities at the branch (Offices - Yards).-Raise OR follow up the offices supplies (Furniture) within their region.-Raise OR follow up the facility maintenance observations.-Follow up and renew all maintenances and admin contracts-Follow up with Baladiya WHs new regulations.
Education & Experience:-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.-1 to 3 years in HR operations roles.-Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and procedures.
