Job Details

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Responsibilities Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees Lead organization's HR Department and present critical analysis, recommendations and escalation points to Chief Executive Officer, as required Monitor and evaluate HR department’s on-going performance and quality of its outputs and services to identify and initiate actions of improvement and innovation Manage government relations operations to ensure organization adheres to Labor Law regulations and non-compliance cases are addressed and resolved promptly Help instil a culture of coaching, guidance and performance within HR Department and organization as a whole Guide, mentor and develop HR Department’s team to take greater and complex responsibilities Provide clear top-down communication to employees and bottom-up feedback to the Management Set performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate/appraise HR Department’s team and provide regular feedback on performance Promote a high-performance working environment and promote organization's values
Qualifications Bachelor's degree or relevant experience5+ years' experience in Human Resources Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies Demonstrated expertise in people management Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills Attention to detail and good judgement
