As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will own and shape Boutiqaat digital marketing strategy planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across SEM, SEO, social media, email, display advertising, and beyond. From brand awareness to customer acquisition, you’ll ensure every campaign delivers measurable impact and supports our growth objectives.
What You’ll Be Doing Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns aligned with business goals Analyze performance, optimize ROI, and continuously improve campaign effectiveness Oversee the creation of engaging, high-quality content that speaks to our audience Manage content calendars to ensure timely and consistent execution Partner closely with Sales to deliver powerful digital marketing support Manage and mentor a team of SEO specialists, social media managers, and content creators Foster a collaborative, performance-driven culture Provide regular feedback, coaching, and development opportunities Strengthen Boutiqaat’s online presence and brand reputation Oversee social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter/X, and You Tube Ensure consistent, compelling brand storytelling across all digital channels Collaborate with media partners and stakeholders to amplify campaigns Track KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROI, website traffic, and engagement Deliver insights and recommendations to senior management Conduct competitor and market analysis to stay ahead of trends Manage and optimize the digital marketing budget Develop digital strategies for new and existing products Launch innovative online initiatives, promotions, and campaigns Create and maintain a strong digital framework and social media governance Drive traffic to both the website and mobile app through SEO, PPC, and performance marketing
What You Bring to the Table:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field9–12 years of digital marketing experience, with 3–4 years in a leadership role Proven success in managing integrated digital campaigns and teams Strong analytical background with a performance-driven mindset Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), email platforms, and CRM systems Solid understanding of web analytics and tracking Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Java Script is a plus Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage Strategic thinker with a strong creative edge Data-driven, analytical, and results-oriented Confident leader with excellent communication skills Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Curious, adaptable, and always ahead of digital trends
