Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Analyst based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering business requirements, and developing comprehensive insights to support strategic decision-making. Key tasks include collaborating with stakeholders across departments, documenting functional and technical requirements, and identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation to ensure business objectives are achieved efficiently.
Qualifications Strong analytical skills to examine data and provide actionable insights Proficiency in business analysis and developing business requirements Expertise in evaluating and optimizing business processes Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders Experience in change management and project documentation is advantageous Proven ability to work within cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field Prior experience in the ICT or consultancy industry is a plusminimum 5 years experience in BA role.
