On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for driving and executing the company’s digital marketing initiatives, including paid campaigns, branding, digital engagement, and performance optimization. The role focuses on planning, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns using data-driven insights to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth, particularly within financial services and fin-tech environments.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation Create and write engaging Arabic marketing content for social media, ads, and digital platforms Design visual marketing materials including social media posts, ads, and banners Plan, manage, and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms Monitor budgets, targeting, and campaign performance to maximize ROIAnalyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities Oversee digital content to ensure alignment with brand messaging Collaborate with internal teams and senior management to align marketing efforts with business goals Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid media Proven experience in fin-tech or financial services (preferred) Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In Ads, and analytics platforms Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, retargeting, and cross-channel campaigns Experience with tracking tools and performance measurement platforms Fluent in Arabic (English is a plus)
