Müller's Solutions is looking for a passionate Service Now Business Analyst to join our talented team. In this critical role, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that the implemented Service Now solutions effectively meet business needs and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Service Now implementations Conduct process analysis and mapping to identify opportunities for improvement within Service Now Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the technical team Facilitate workshops and meetings to interface with users and gather feedback on Service Now solutions Assist in the development of test cases and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions Provide support and training to users to promote understanding of Service Now functionalities Monitor and analyze metrics to recommend improvements and enhancements to existing processes

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT service management or Service Now projects Strong understanding of Service Now functionality and its applications within business processes Excellent analytical skills with a focus on identifying and addressing business needs Proficient with process mapping tools and techniques Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of ITIL practices and relevant Service Now certifications are a plus
