Purpose CFO has the primary responsibility for the planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities of a company, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiations. Ensuring better utilization of financial resources, supervising investment and cash flow operations, within the Neoleap strategic objectives, and approved policies and procedures.

Main Duties and Responsibilities Responsible, either directly or by managing staff, for all cash management, investments, budgeting, treasury and financial reporting, helping to drive the company’s financial strategy and hiring needs Coordinate the development of the annual operating, capital, and program budgets, and reporting against the same Ensure cash flow is compatible with company operations, by overseeing the day-to-day accounting, recording, reporting, and internal control activities of the organization Understand, document and budget for all expected and expenses related to the company on a periodic basis Establish finance operational strategies by evaluating trends, establishing critical measurements, determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies Develop financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements; identifying monetary resources; and developing action plans. Monitor financial performance by measuring and analysing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances. Report financial status by developing forecasts, reporting results, analysing variances, and developing improvements. Update job knowledge by remaining aware of new regulations, participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations etc Identify opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement; and accumulating capital to fund expansion Liaison with various teams (HR team, IT team, Business teams etc) to understand their financial requirements Implement the investment strategy to achieve the highest return on investment at the acceptable risk appetite Manage the cash flow operations and forecasts to ensure available liquidity to support business needs Direct the opening or closing of facilities, financial sides of joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions so that these activities are completed on time, within the budget, and with minimal disruption to the Neoleap financial operations Develop and grow new treasury function and hold the responsibility for making investment decision on behalf of the company (taking risk & liquidity into consideration) Oversee the capital structure of the company, determining the best mix of debt, equity, and internal financing. People Management Identifying the developmental needs of others and coaching, mentoring, or otherwise helping others to improve their knowledge or skills. Providing guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance. Manage, guide and assist direct reports to perform their functional operations in accordance with set policies and procedures
