Job Description
Cityscape has been the launchpad for thousands of successful real estate projects over the last 20 years. Supported by the Saudi Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, and every Saudi GIGA project under one roof, Cityscape Global saw a record-breaking 2024 edition – with 172,000+ attendees, 560+ speakers, US$61 billion in announced investments, and institutional investors managing over $3 trillion in AUM.
We are now looking for an experienced Conference Producer to join us and add their knowledge and innovative ideas to the region's leading real estate event.
You will have the opportunity to speak to expert speakers from all over the world, and sell the unique opportunity to showcase their knowledge and expertise at our event. With meticulous organisational skills, you will be responsible for managing the speakers and order of show on-site at the event.
What you will do
Conference Production
Produce high-level, relevant industry conference programs Manage competitions and create interactive experiences for attendees Develop and implement debate formats and other engaging content styles Liaise with key professionals/institutions, and companies Collaborate with the marketing and sponsorship teams and attend sales meetings as appropriate Conduct post-show analysis of the event, including job title analysis Market Research and Industry Networks
Effectively research topics with relevant industry professionals and target markets Develop new conference ideas and program content through meetings and tele-research Identify key opinion leaders, institutions, and companies related to the event Build and maintain relationships to develop conferences with relevant topics and speakers Explore additional add-ons to attract more delegates (workshops, poster sessions, association partnerships) Speaker & Delegate Liaison
Engage with recommended speakers and confirm their attendance Ensure the speaker database is updated with current and accurate information Liaise and network with speakers, exhibitors and delegates on-site Assist with onsite duties as required for the duration of the event

Proven experience in conference production Excellent presentation skills and Power Point proficiency Strong Excel capabilities for managing speaker data Proven ability to source and secure high-quality speakers Creative thinking to develop engaging, interactive session formats Fluency in written and spoken English Strong research capabilities and commercial awareness Demonstrable copywriting skills Brand and market awareness What would be helpful
Arabic Speaking Conference production experience in real estate, finance and investment, or political conferences
