Accommodation Supervisor
Job Purpose:To supervise and manage the staff accommodation, ensuring a safe, clean, well-organized, and comfortable living environment in compliance with company policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily operations of the accommodation and ensure compliance with house rules and regulations. Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and overall condition of the accommodation. Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams for repairs and cleaning requirements. Welcome newly joined employees and brief them on accommodation rules and guidelines. Handle residents’ complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly. Monitor access control, entry, and exit to ensure safety and security. Prepare regular reports on accommodation status and submit them to management. Coordinate with the HR and Administration departments regarding accommodation matters. Respond to emergencies and take appropriate action in accordance with company procedures. Qualifications & Requirements:High school diploma minimum (Diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred). Previous experience in accommodation supervision, administration, or a similar role is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle responsibilities with professionalism and confidentiality. Basic computer skills (reporting, email, MS Office). Skills & Competencies:Organizational and time management skills. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work under pressure. Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
