Job Description We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Vendor Relations Specialist to join our team in Makkah. As Qanoniah continues to deploy its AI Legal Assistant within major entities, we need a specialist who can masterfully navigate corporate portals and the Etimad platform. You will ensure our solutions reach the right desks by managing the entire tendering lifecycle—from registration and bid submission to successful payment collection. Key Responsibilities Enterprise Access: Lead the registration of Qanoniah in major corporate vendor portals to unlock high-value partnership opportunities. Etimad Mastery: Manage and optimize our presence on the Etimad platform, ensuring compliance and readiness for all government tenders. Tender Scouting: Proactively identify and filter tenders from government and private entities that align with our AI-driven products. End-to-End Bidding: Own the submission process for tenders and RFPs, ensuring technical and administrative precision to maintain our high win rate. Financial Operations: Navigate vendor portals to manage payment requests and collection, ensuring a smooth financial flow with our partners. Data Integrity: Keep all company documentation and legal profiles updated across various portals to ensure zero friction in our operations. Requirements3-5 years of experience in procurement, tendering, or vendor relations specifically within the Saudi market. Deep Knowledge of Etimad: Hands-on experience with Saudi government procurement systems is essential. Detail Obsessed: You understand that in the world of tenders, the smallest detail makes the difference between winning and losing. Tech-Forward: You are comfortable with AI concepts and can navigate complex ERP/Vendor platforms (Ariba, Oracle, etc.) with ease. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills in Arabic and English. Location: Based in or willing to work daily from our office in Makkah. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Technology, or a related field.
