Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. The AV Sales Engineer will be responsible for designing customized audiovisual solutions that meet client needs, preparing and delivering technical presentations, and providing expert advice on products and services. The role involves supporting sales teams by conducting technical demonstrations, working with clients to define requirements, and ensuring seamless project implementation. Collaboration with internal teams, maintaining client relationships, and providing exceptional post-sales support are also key aspects of this position. The candidate will actively contribute to enhancing overall customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
Experience in Sales Engineering, with the ability to design and recommend tailored technical solutions Proficiency in Technical Support and troubleshooting; capability to resolve complex AV system issues Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively liaise with clients, understand their requirements, and build lasting relationships Experience in Sales and business development, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets Working knowledge of AV technologies, systems, and integration Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory) Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment Proficiency in English (required); Arabic language skills are a strong advantage
