Role Description This full-time, on-site Product Specialist role, located in Riyadh, involves promoting and supporting energy-based aesthetic medical solutions for clients. Responsibilities include engaging with clinics to better understand their needs, providing product demonstrations and training, managing customer support, and working to achieve sales targets. You will play a key role in fostering strong client relationships and ensuring optimal product utilization to drive customer satisfaction and business success.
Qualifications Proven expertise as a Product Specialist “Aesthetic” or in a related field is preferred. Strong analytical skills to understand product performance and client requirements. Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical information concisely. Customer service experience to build positive relationships and respond to client needs effectively. Proven skills in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Proficiency in both Arabic and English is advantageous.
