Job Details

Job Responsibilities:Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle EBS HRMS functional and technical solutions Configure and support HRMS modules such as Core HR, Payroll, OTL, i Recruitment, and SSHRDevelop and customize HRMS components using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflows. Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues in HRMS modules. Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for development and enhancements. Perform system testing, UAT support, and post-implementation support. Manage data migration, integrations, and reports related to HR systems. Ensure compliance with HR policies, payroll regulations, and audit requirement Provide end-user training and documentation.
Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.7 years of Experience in a similar role Strong experience with Oracle EBS HRMS modules. Solid understanding of HR and payroll business processes. Hands-on experience with PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflows. Experience in integrations and data migration. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
