Job Details

Job Scope As the Shared Services Leader, you will own the strategic roadmap for our centralized operations. Your mandate is to integrate Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Admin services into a single, high-performing ecosystem. This is a high-visibility role reporting to the C-suite, focused on institutionalizing operational excellence, driving digital transformation, and optimizing.
Main Responsibilities Strategic Governance: Define and execute the long-term vision for Shared Services , ensuring alignment with broader corporate objectives. Financial Stewardship: You will oversee multi-million budgets, drive capital allocation for operational tech, and deliver measurable ROI through cost-containment. Supply Chain & Logistics Oversight: Orchestrate the integration of warehousing and procurement, ensuring a resilient, data-driven supply chain that mitigates global risk. Digital Transformation: Lead the migration toward Intelligent Automation (RPA), , and ERP integration to move the needle from "manual" to "predictive". Stakeholder Influence: Act as a strategic partner to BU leaders, navigating complex internal politics to drive adoption and satisfaction across the organization.
Academic Qualifications Bacholer’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, or International Business or equivalent. Proven leadership experience, with at least 5 years leading multi-functional teams.
Core Competencies Transformational Leadership: The ability to lead through change and build a culture of continuous improvement. Executive Presence: You are as comfortable in the boardroom as you are on the warehouse floor; your communication is clear, data-backed, and influential. Global Acumen: Experience managing cross-border operations, diverse talent pools, and international regulatory frameworks. Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Ecosystems: High-level negotiation skills that go beyond "price" to "value-based" partnerships.
