Commercial Contracts Engineer Key Responsibilities:Develop and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to roads and infrastructure projects. Negotiate terms and conditions with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure favorable terms for the organization. Identify potential risks associated with contracts and take proactive measures to mitigate them. Ensure that all contractual obligations are met and that the project adheres to legal and regulatory requirements. Ensure all contract-related documentation is filed and archived in accordance with organizational policies.
Qualifications:Bachelor Degree in civil Engineering10+ years’ experience as contracts Engineer with Governmental Purchasing GTPL and FIDIC Contracts
