Job Details

We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead revenue growth across exhibition booths, events production, and experiential solutions. This role owns the full commercial cycle—from pipeline generation to deal closure—while building strategic relationships with corporates, agencies, and government entities. Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end sales strategy for booths, exhibitions, and events production. Develop and manage a high-value client portfolio (B2B, agencies, organizers). Lead pitching, proposals, pricing, negotiations, and contract closure. Forecast sales performance and deliver against quarterly and annual targets. Collaborate with design, production, and operations to ensure delivery excellence. Identify market trends, new opportunities, and strategic partnerships. Build and mentor a high-performing sales team (if applicable). Requirements Proven sales leadership experience in exhibitions, events, fit-out, or production. Strong commercial acumen with a consistent track record of closing large deals. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Existing network within events, exhibitions, or marketing agencies is a strong advantage.
