Position Overview Infosysta is seeking a senior, results-driven Business Development Manager to drive strategic and sustainable growth in the Saudi market. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, expanding enterprise and government accounts, and positioning Infosysta as a trusted partner for digital transformation, IT services, and enterprise technology solutions.
The ideal candidate is a business builder with the ability to originate, shape, and close high value, services-led opportunities spanning digital transformation, ITSM, SDLC modernization, Dev Ops/Dev Sec Ops, cloud, automation, full-stack development, and managed services across large enterprises and government entities.
Key Responsibilities1. New Business Acquisition and Market Growth - Develop net-new business across Saudi Arabia, with a focus on enterprise, semi government, and government sectors:- Identify, qualify, and convert opportunities across: • Digital transformation and enterprise modernization programs • IT Service Management (ITSM) • SDLC and application lifecycle modernization • Dev Ops and Dev Sec Ops transformation • Cloud adoption, migration, and optimization (AWS, OCI, Azure) • Managed services and long-term support contracts • Full-stack application development services - Build and maintain a healthy, qualified sales pipeline. - Identify market demand aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 and national transformation initiatives. - Proactively Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, industry events, and partnerships.
2. Consultative and Solution-Oriented Selling - Engage C-level executives and senior technology leaders (CIO, CTO, CISO). - Represent the organization as a consulting-led transformation partner focused on measurable outcomes. - Turn business and technical challenges into clear, value-based proposals. - Lead multi-service and multi-year engagement discussions. - Qualify opportunities by understanding customer pain points, decision criteria, and buying journey, and deliver tailored solution presentations when needed.
3. Strategic Account Development - Develop and execute account growth plans for key customers. - Cross-sell and upsell consulting, implementation, and managed services. - Build and maintain long-term executive-level customer relationships. - Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
4. Team Leadership and Collaboration - Coordinate closely with pre-sales engineers, consultants, and solution architects. - Act as a coach and facilitator, fostering strong team collaboration. - Support solution design, proposal development, and customer presentations. - Lead and participate in client-facing pre-sales meetings in collaboration alongside presales and solution teams.
5. Partner and Ecosystem Engagement - Work with strategic technology partners and internal stakeholders. - Participate in joint go-to-market initiatives and industry events. - Represent Infosysta within the Saudi technology ecosystem.
6. Sales Governance, Negotiation, and Execution - Own the sales cycle from opportunity identification through deal closure. - Lead commercial negotiations and support deal structuring. - Demonstrate strong deal-closing and decision-influencing skills. - Ensure daily follow-up on opportunities and customer engagements. - Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting, and reporting. - Support pricing, commercial strategy, and smooth handover to delivery teams. - Own defined sales KPIs related to pipeline generation and conversion, and provide regular performance updates.
What Success Looks Like - Acquisition of new enterprise and government sectors. - A strong pipeline of qualified digital transformation opportunities. - Growth in long-term, multi-service, and recurring revenue contracts. - Increased recognition of Infosysta as a strategic and trusted partner in the Saudi market.
Qualifications and Experience- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or IT services sales. - Solid understanding of the Saudi Arabia market and technology ecosystem. - Experience selling to enterprise, government, or semi-government organizations. - Strong negotiation, communication, and deal-closing skills. - Experience working with pre-sales and consulting teams. - Excellent stakeholder management and executive presentation skills. - Ability to work independently while collaborating with regional and global teams.
Technology and Platform Knowledge - Experience with one or more of the following platforms: • Atlassian • Service Now • Freshdesk / Freshworks • Git Lab • Cloud platforms: AWS and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
Preferred / Additional Requirements - Experience working with multinational technology vendors is a plus. - Existing network within Saudi enterprises or government entities is an advantage. - Arabic language skills are a plus. - Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia as required. - Collaborative mindset with an interest in mentoring and teamwork. - Relevant technical or sales certifications are an advantage
