Job Details

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced HSE Engineer to join our team in KSA. He is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining company HSE policies and procedures, assessing potential risks, guiding site teams, and ensuring full compliance with safety standards, SEC ISMS, and regulatory requirements.
Key Accountabilities Monitor, coordinate, and report all HSE activities across project sites. Prepare monthly HSE performance reports, audits, and updates. Ensure full compliance with SEC ISMS, international safety standards, and KSA safety regulations. Guide management and site teams regarding HSE responsibilities and accident‑prevention practices. Maintain all safety documentation including incident registers, hazard logs, scaffolding & lifting equipment registers. Update and communicate the Project HSE Plan regularly. Develop the HSE audit and inspection schedule and ensure alignment with HSE Director. Conduct regular HSE inspections/audits to evaluate performance and ensure corrective actions. Investigate incidents, near misses, and dangerous occurrences, recommending corrective measures. Lead daily HSE briefings and ensure proper resource allocation for site supervision. Register customer complaints, define corrective actions, and share lateral learning across teams.
Job requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.3–5 years of relevant experience in HSE roles. NEBOSH IGC (mandatory). OSHA 30‑hour certification. Proficiency in risk assessment, and incident reporting. Strong communication, reporting, and documentation skills. Experience dealing with consultants, subcontractors, and clients. Experience in KSA HSE regulations and compliance requirements.
