Key Responsibilities Review architectural drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Prepare technical and commercial proposals for tender submissions. Conduct quantity take-offs and cost estimations for materials and finishes. Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to gather necessary data. Analyze supplier quotations and ensure compliance with project requirements. Participate in pre-bid meetings and clarify tender queries. Ensure timely submission of tenders and maintain proper documentation. Develop 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations for tender and concept stages. Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for data and documentation. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.3–5 years of experience in tendering, estimation, or design coordination. Strong understanding of construction drawings, BOQs, and project specifications. Proficient in Auto CAD, Revit, MS Office, and estimation software. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
