Job Details

Be the face of Life Lab: welcome members, resolve issues fast, guide onboarding, and keep usage high so members see results and stay. Identify upsell signals and pass qualified leads to Sales—without compromising our premium experience. You’ll do Frontline care via reception/Whats App/phone/email; meet SLAs. Onboard (app setup, wearable pairing, first bookings, tier benefits). Proactive Day-7/30 check-ins; early save tactics; clean CRM notes. Support events/workshops; capture feedback and upgrade opportunities. Must-haves1-3 yrs FOH/guest relations/contact center/member support (wellness/medical/luxury hospitality ideal). Arabic & English; CRM/ticketing + Whats App Business. Shift-based role (5 days/week; 9 hours incl. 1-hr break); days off may be non-consecutive and not on weekends.
