We’re Hiring: Operations Director – Fintech | KSA (Riyadh)
We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead and scale our operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This senior leadership role is critical to ensuring operational excellence within a regulated fintech environment, supporting growth, compliance, and scalable execution.

Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee end-to-end operations across the fintech business, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and strong governance Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements Partner closely with Product, Technology, Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams to support seamless delivery of fintech products and services Ensure compliance with SAMA regulations, internal policies, and industry best practices Drive process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement across all operational functions Establish operational KPIs, monitor performance, and provide clear reporting to senior leadership Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and execution Support business growth initiatives, new product launches, and market expansion within KSAManage vendors, third-party partners, and operational risk effectively
Requirements:Proven experience in a senior operations role within fintech, financial services, or a regulated environment Strong understanding of operational controls, governance, and regulatory compliance Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams Experience working in or with the Saudi market is highly preferred Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Strategic mindset with a hands-on, execution-focused approach Willingness to be based in Riyadh or relocate to Saudi Arabia
