About the Company

Taibah Gifts is seeking an ambitious and proactive leader to establish and spearhead our Wholesale and Corporate Sales division. This is more than just a sales role; you will be responsible for building strategic partnerships with hotels, Hajj and Umrah campaigns, government agencies, and major corporations to provide souvenirs that reflect the heritage of the Kingdom.

About the Role

This role involves leading the Wholesale and Corporate Sales division, focusing on building partnerships and expanding sales channels.

Responsibilities

Channel Development: Open new sales channels with hotels and Hajj campaigns for VIP guest gifts. Corporate Targeting: Target companies and government sectors for "Occasion Gifts". Network Expansion: Search for local and international distributors and retailers. Sales Cycle Management: Prepare commercial quotes and technical proposals. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate annual contracts and large-scale deals to ensure profitable margins. Market Analysis: Monitor wholesale prices and identify "high-demand" products to guide the purchasing department. Relationship Management: Build and maintain a strong database of potential clients to ensure sustainable, repeat business.
Qualifications

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Wholesale Sales (B2B and B2G). Preference is given to those with backgrounds in the hotel sector, luxury gifts, or the Hajj and Umrah industry. Connections: An existing network of procurement managers in hotels or major corporations is a strong advantage.
Required Skills

High-level negotiation and deal-closing skills. Technical Proficiency: Ability to create professional Power Point presentations for clients. Seasonal Awareness: Deep understanding of seasonal needs (Ramadan and Hajj) and the ability to prepare for them in advance.
