Job Title: Customer Service Officer Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Industry: Banking Job Summary:We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our banking team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer support, handle inquiries efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while complying with the bank’s policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries and requests professionally and efficiently. Assist customers with banking services and daily transactions. Communicate clearly and confidently with customers in English. Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when required. Promote banking products and services when appropriate. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or Diploma (English Language major is preferred). Proven experience in Customer Service, preferably in the banking or financial sector. Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail.
