Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Director (Hotel, PMC) based in Riyadh. The Construction Director will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of hotel construction projects. Responsibilities include managing budgets, supervising cost management and procurement processes, ensuring quality control, and leading a multidisciplinary team of engineers and contractors. The role requires close collaboration with key stakeholders to meet project deadlines and ensure that objectives are achieved effectively.
Qualifications Proven expertise in Budgeting and Cost Management to ensure financial efficiency in project execution Strong skills in Procurement and managing supplier relationships Extensive experience in Construction and Civil Engineering within the hotel or infrastructure sectors Excellent leadership and team management abilities to effectively coordinate a multidisciplinary team Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills Proficiency in project management tools and software Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage Professional certifications in project management or construction are preferred Prior experience in large-scale hotel construction projects will be an asset Experience not less than 20 years
