Job Overview:
We are seeking a Freelance Recruiter to support our client hiring needs by sourcing, screening, and submitting top-quality candidate profiles. The ideal candidate is a recruitment professional with access to a strong talent pool, who understands how to match candidates with job requirements effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Source qualified candidates through online platforms, personal networks, and proactive outreach. Understand client job requirements and deliver matching CVs/profiles in a timely manner. Pre-screen and assess candidates to ensure suitability and cultural fit. Maintain accurate tracking of submissions, candidate pipelines.
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the Saudi job market. Strong understanding of various industries and roles (e.g., HR, Finance, Tech, Sales, etc.). Access to recruitment platforms, CV databases, or a personal candidate network. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Based in Riyadh or with strong knowledge of the local market and talent pool.
