We’re Hiring: Inside Sales Assistant – Freight Forwarding
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Assistant to support our Commercial and Freight Forwarding teams. This role offers excellent exposure to the international trade and logistics industry and is ideal for someone eager to build a career in sales and customer engagement.
About the Role
As an Inside Sales Assistant, you will engage with potential customers, identify sales opportunities, and support the sales pipeline by promoting shipping and freight forwarding solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to promote shipping and freight forwarding services Understand customer needs and present suitable logistics solutions Generate and qualify leads for the External Sales team Follow up on inbound inquiries and existing leads Maintain accurate records in the CRM system Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team Gather market intelligence and share customer feedback Support KPI tracking, reports, presentations, and campaign summaries
What We’re Looking For
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) Interest in sales, logistics, or the shipping industry Confident phone presence with a proactive, goal-oriented attitude Basic knowledge of freight forwarding or logistics is an advantage Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Power Point) Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
