Technical Sales Engineer – Building Materials Location Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Experience 2 to 4 years (Saudi market experience preferred) Job Summary We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer with experience in building materials. The role involves selling products, supporting customers technically, and working closely with contractors, consultants, and project teams to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell building material products to contractors, developers, and consultants Visit project sites, clients, and offices regularly in Riyadh Study drawings, BOQs, and project requirements Provide technical support and product recommendations Prepare quotations, submittals, and technical documents Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics and finance Follow up on leads, enquiries, and payments Attend meetings with clients and project stakeholders Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets Maintain good relationships with existing customers and develop new clients Products May Include Construction chemicals Waterproofing systems Insulation materials Concrete repair products Finishing and building material items Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field2 to 4 years experience in technical sales of building materials Good knowledge of construction practices and materials Ability to read drawings and technical specifications Strong communication and negotiation skills Valid Saudi driving license Good command of English.
