Job Details

Requirements:3 to 4 years of experience in Cost Accounting, preferably within the hospitality or real estate sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with accounting systems is an advantage. Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare financial and cost reports. Good understanding of financial policies and internal control systems. Effective organizational and time management skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and coordinate with different departments. Proficiency in English. Key Responsibilities:Determine cost center expenses related to hospitality and housekeeping services for each unit. Monitor daily operating costs and compare them against the approved budget. Analyze variances between actual and planned costs and submit reports to management. Analyze and monitor costs related to outsourced service contracts. Track utility consumption (electricity, water, telecommunications) and prepare periodic reports. Monitor maintenance costs for apartments and facilities. Oversee operational inventory and implement inventory control systems. Coordinate with the Procurement Department to control purchasing processes and timing. Participate in the preparation of the operating budget and periodic occupancy cost reports. Monitor waste and improve operational efficiency without compromising service quality.
