Job Summary We are seeking a Manager – Business Development with 10+ years of industry experience and a strong track record in solution selling within a consulting or system integrator environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving pipeline growth, building long-term enterprise relationships, and selling Microsoft-based solutions (particularly Dynamics 365, Office 365, and Azure) across key industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, Real Estate, and Project-based organizations. This role requires a confident communicator and presenter with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and deliver measurable revenue outcomes through strategic demand generation and partner ecosystem development. Key Responsibilities1) Business Development & Pipeline Growth Own and execute demand generation strategies to build pipeline and achieve agreed KPIsIdentify, qualify, and convert opportunities with mid to large-sized organizations Develop structured account plans and lead opportunity pursuit strategies from initiation to closure2) Solution Selling & Microsoft Portfolio Lead solution selling engagements focused on Microsoft technologies including Dynamics 365, Office 365, and Azure Collaborate with internal solution teams to build industry-specific propositions and repeatable offerings Support proposal development, commercial structuring, and contract closure aligned with delivery capability3) Stakeholder & Account Management Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers across strategic accounts Own long-term relationship management to ensure client satisfaction, renewals, and account growth Manage complex stakeholder environments in enterprise and partnership-driven operating models4) Partner Network & Alliances Develop and manage relationships across key partners and alliance networks Build partnerships and strategic alliances that enhance market visibility and accelerate pipeline Leverage ecosystem relationships to improve access to target accounts5) Commercial & Delivery Interlock Ensure alignment with delivery teams to support successful program execution Contribute to commercial constructs that are innovative, profitable, and scalable Ensure client contracts and engagements are structured for long-term delivery success6) Marketing & Communications Support Contribute to marketing and communications planning to improve brand awareness and pipeline Participate in events, proposal writing, campaigns, and community engagement activities as needed Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business / Public Administration or related field(Master’s in Marketing is a plus, or equivalent experience)10+ years overall industry experience6+ years experience in Solution Selling (Consulting / System Integrator environment preferred) Proven ability to develop and manage long-term profitable client relationships Required Skills & Competencies Strong communication skills (verbal + written) with executive-level confidence Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills Strong experience selling Microsoft Solutions Working knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem: Dynamics 365, Office 365, Azure Cross-industry exposure (Manufacturing, Retail, Real Estate, Project-based businesses) Strong experience working in large consulting / partnership-led business models Demonstrated track record of building pipeline and consistently meeting sales targets Ability to build repeatable offerings/assets with internal teams Preferred (Good to Have) Existing Microsoft sales network in the Middle East Strong partner ecosystem relationships within the region
