About UsArmour Zero is an AI-Automated Vulnerability Management Platform that helps to secure applications, APIs, cloud infrastructures, source code and web domains, all in one place. With a simple one-time integration, you get continuous scanning and real-time security insights effortlessly and our AI remediation over the vulnerability found. As part of our expansion, we are hiring a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts and drive revenue growth across the West and South Asia region (some called it Middle East).
Position Overview As a Regional Sales Manager at Armour Zero, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving regional growth. This position is well-suited for individuals who thrive on hunting new business opportunities and are passionate about cybersecurity software solutions. You will be responsible for leading and overseeing our sales activities across the West and South Asia region.
Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy Development: Design and execute data-driven sales strategies that align with company revenue targets and market conditions. Revenue Growth: Drive initiatives to meet and exceed revenue targets by acquiring new customers, retaining existing clients, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Quota Setting & Target Achievement: Establish realistic sales quotas based on market insights and historical performance. Ensure that team goals are clear, measurable, and achievable. Sales Metrics Management: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, sales cycle length, and deal size. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimise sales performance. Customer Acquisition & Retention: Develop strategies to acquire, onboard, and retain customers. Foster long-term relationships that maximise customer lifetime value. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing, Security Engineer, and Solution Architect and Onboarding, MDR teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies, product development, and customer feedback. Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to ensure Armour Zero’s sales strategies remain ahead of the curve. Business Development: Actively seek new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and relationship-building with key stakeholders. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with strategic clients to ensure satisfaction, and uncover opportunities for growth, renewals, and referrals.
Qualifications Experience: 4+ years in a sales leadership role, ideally within Saa S or tech-driven industries, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Saa S business model and the unique dynamics of selling software-as-a-service solutions. Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and motivating a high-performing sales team. Customer-Centric: Exceptional ability to identify customer pain points and craft compelling solutions that drive high conversion rates and customer satisfaction. Analytical & Data-Driven: Comfort with sales analytics, CRM tools (Monday.com), and a data-driven approach to decision-making. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence decision-makers and build lasting relationships. Strategic Thinker: Ability to execute long-term sales strategies while managing day-to-day operations effectively.
Personal Traits Fluent in English (both spoken and written).4+ years of B2B field sales experience, with a strong record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the West and South Asia region,Willingness and ability to travel up to 70% depending on the region and time of year. You currently reside in the West Asia region, while the company's headquarter is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
