Job Summary The Business Analyst / Data Analyst supports the project by gathering and analyzing business requirements and data, transforming them into clear outputs that support decision-making and enhance execution quality. The role acts as a key link between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity of requirements and successful achievement of project objectives.
Key Duties & Responsibilities Collect and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and relevant teams. Conduct gap analysis between the current state and the target future state, and identify improvement opportunities. Document functional and technical requirements in a clear and structured manner. Coordinate with development and implementation teams to translate requirements into practical, actionable solutions. Analyze project-related data according to the approved scope of work. Collect data from approved sources, organize it, and ensure its accuracy and quality. Prepare periodic reports and dashboards to reflect project progress and performance indicators. Analyze results and provide insights and recommendations to support the project team. Document analysis outputs in line with project requirements. Adhere to the project plan and defined timelines

Required Skills Proficiency in Excel and data analysis and reporting tools. Knowledge of business analysis and documentation tools such as Visio and Lucidchart. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to extract insights and make sound decisions. High ability to organize and document data accurately. Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. High adaptability, quick learning ability, and flexibility in dealing with change. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
