Job Description

Devoteam is seeking a Senior Service Now Consultant to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced Service Now solutions. The role focuses on delivering high-performing, scalable, and efficient applications, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring solutions align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, configuration, and customization of Service Now modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, Sec Ops, CSM, etc.), including workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and integrations. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs, conduct workshops, and translate requirements into effective Service Now solutions. Maintain system stability, security, and performance, including upgrades, patches, platform enhancements, and instance optimization. Integrate Service Now with external systems (LDAP, Active Directory, third-party tools) and leverage Integration Hub and automation capabilities to streamline workflows. Mentor and support junior team members, conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and provide training on Service Now solutions.


Qualifications

4+ years of experience with Service Now implementations, including senior-level responsibilities. Strong hands-on experience with Service Now development, customization, and integrations. Expert in Java Script, Glide API, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, Workflows. Experience delivering multi-module Service Now projects and mentoring teams. Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and communication skills. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
