Job Purpose:
To enable data-driven decision-making by developing data insights, analytical reports, and interactive dashboards. The role focuses on transforming business requirements into actionable intelligence that supports strategic planning, performance management, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:Develop meaningful data insights to support executive, operational, and strategic decision-making. Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytical reports. Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Perform business analysis to understand stakeholder needs and translate them into data and reporting solutions. Support project and product management initiatives through data analysis and performance tracking. Develop, monitor, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure business and organizational performance. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across dashboards and reports. Collaborate with IT, data, and business teams to integrate and maintain data sources. Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports for management and leadership. Document BI processes, methodologies, and data definitions. Comply with data governance, privacy, and information security policies.
Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Decision Support. Strong experience in developing Power BI dashboards and reports. Proficiency in SQL and working with structured data. Solid understanding of data insights development and analytical methodologies. Experience in business analysis, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Familiarity with project and product management concepts. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):Knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes. Experience with Python or R for data analysis. Experience in performance management frameworks and KPI design. Exposure to data governance and data quality standards. Experience in government or large-scale organizations is an advantage.
