Leading the successful installation of world-class themed entertainment projects, you will be responsible for the Health & Safety, productivity, and management of AV engineers on site. You will plan and deliver safe permanent installs of the highest quality working with fellow vendors, project managers, engineers, and clients.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the project team in all activities related to the project’s build through deployment, from fabrication and build through site readiness, packing & shipping, installation, commissioning, and site demobilisation. Ensure the safety and well-being of Holovis employees, as well as ensure that the team has the necessary certifications and equipment to operate onsite safely and in compliance with a site’s safety regulations, in conjunction with the HSE Manager. Support the Leads / Technical Director in developing the solution as required to ensure that the solution is installable and commissionable. Approve the readiness of the site for deployment, including conducting Site Surveys before approving the release of Holovis materials and labour to the site. Lead and participate in the Packing & Shipping of the solution for deployment. Working with the Project Manager/Director, preparing a clear and realistic deployment plan, and maintaining a clear understanding of the technical elements of the deployment, and its timelines. Develop and coach colleagues onsite. Ensure regular, clear communication with the producer/project manager and any onsite teams. Lead the Site Demobilisation.

Qualifications
About You:
You’ll be confident working on construction sites as well as clean EERs. You’ll have a successful track record of high-quality permanent installs behind you. You’ll be as comfortable leading your team as you will liaising with fellow vendors, clients, and suppliers to ensure safe and efficient installs. You’ll have a background in construction, MEP, Shopfitting, AV, Telecoms or similar. You’ll have the right to live, work and drive in KSA. You will be resident in Riyadh.
