Job Responsibilities:Support the development and implementation of operational excellence initiatives aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives Assist in monitoring operational KPIs and performance metrics to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities Participate in process mapping, documentation, and analysis to standardize and optimize workflows across departments Support continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks Collect and analyze operational data to support fact-based decision making and performance improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of operational issues and support corrective actions Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation Track improvement initiatives, action plans, and benefits realization to ensure timely execution Support change management activities by coordinating communication, training, and stakeholder engagement Prepare operational performance reports and presentations for management and relevant committees Contribute to internal audits, assessments, and readiness reviews to ensure process compliance and effectiveness Support knowledge sharing and best practice adoption across the organization Stay updated on operational excellence trends, tools, and best practices to support continuous improvement culture Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Quality Management, or a related field 3+ years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, operations, or a related role.
