Job Purpose:To efficiently manage the operations of the Cold Stores section in depots.

Key Accountabilities:Efficient Chiller Store Management: • Manage the operations of stores (depots) in the assigned region. • Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers engaged in receiving, stacking, order filling, and maintaining stock records in the depots. • Ensure FIFO implementation for stock delivery/transfer from the depots. • Manage stock expiry schedules and escalate items approaching expiry to concerned departments. • Ensure 100% maintenance of stock under specified conditions, including temperature and hygiene standards. • Monitor and manage inventory and stock control programs to minimize wastage of material and energy, in coordination with the Manager – Warehouse. • Assist the Manager – Warehouse in implementing initiatives to improve store operations and processes. • Prepare daily and monthly stock reports and submit them to the Manager for review. Efficient Finished Product Delivery: • Supervise the delivery of finished goods to sales teams as per schedule and/or request. • Maintain all documentation related to the receipt, storage, and delivery of items from the stores (depots). Safety & Hygiene: • Ensure the team follows all company policies and procedures. • Supervise and ensure adherence to safety policies by all workers assigned to the chiller section. • Ensure necessary safety and fire prevention equipment is functional, as prescribed by safety policy.

Qualifications, Experience, and Knowledge & Skills:Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant stream. Experience: 5 years of experience in a similar role. Skills: • Working knowledge of material handling and stock control. • Working ability in English and Arabic. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word, MS Outlook). • Working knowledge of Baa N.
