Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate environmental monitoring, studies, and readings to ensure accurate data collection and regulatory compliance. Conduct environmental impact and aspect assessments in accordance with ISO 14001 standards. Monitor resource consumption and identify opportunities for waste reduction and environmental improvements. Ensure compliance with NCEC, MEWA, and SIAS environmental requirements. Support environmental reporting, audits, and documentation for internal and regulatory purposes. Collaborate with engineering, safety, and operations teams to implement sustainable practices and preventive measures. Promote environmental awareness across the organization through training and communication initiatives. Contribute to emergency preparedness and response planning related to environmental hazards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 4 Yeare of Experience in MRO operations, preferably within aviation or military sectors. Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, ISO 14001 standards, and industry best practices. Familiarity with NCEC regulations and SIAS directives relating to environmental compliance. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-critical environment.
Preferred:
Certification in environmental management or aviation safety. Experience with environmental audits, reporting, and compliance management systems.
