SUMMARYThe incumbent in this role will be diagnosed and troubleshoot software and hardware problems.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES· Adhere to all safety and compliance rules of the company· Be malleable and flexible to adjust your schedule as dictated by the job requirements and operational constraints· Provides technical advice and views regarding the departmental needs and evaluates the most effective means available to meet those needs· Assist with the Lays out, builds, tests, troubleshoots, repairs, and modifies developmental and existing elevator Printed Wiring Board.· Ensure technical suggestions and recommendations on electrical modification and replacement from technician/engineer feedback are thoroughly assessed and followed up within a timely manner· Prepare and produce the writing documentation for all modification and repair in elevator PWB and system.· Assist in building training materials or simulator· Recommends changes for replacements parts in circuitry or elevator component to reduce breakdown time and simplify maintenance· Assist the service technician in troubleshoot and repair elevator system· Updating information and technical data base in within department, ensure all technical problem related are logged and Modification documentation are written· Organize necessary training facilitation materials and procedures for course delivery.· Participate in setting up processes and decide the required tools/equipment for the most efficient operation of the technical support center.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
A. Education/Experience:· BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science or relevant field· Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer
