Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Appointment Coordinator at Centriq Medical Company in Riyadh. The Appointment Coordinator will be responsible for managing appointments, scheduling, coordinating with patients and staff, and ensuring a smooth operational flow within the clinics. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate records and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Experience in appointment scheduling and coordination Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures Proven ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in using scheduling software or tools Customer service experience in a healthcare setting is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
