Job Summary
We are looking for a Corporate Performance Supervisor to support data extraction, preparation, and in-depth analysis across all business units. This role is highly technical and focuses on ensuring data accuracy, reporting excellence, dashboard management, automation, and insight generation to support management decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Set and maintain KPIs across all business units Perform data extraction, mining, and preparation Clean, validate, and reconcile data from multiple sources Conduct detailed data analysis and variance checks Prepare structured datasets for reporting purposes Design and maintain dashboards and data visualizations Build and enhance automated reports and dashboards Deliver regular reports and insights to management Support data automation initiatives Coordinate with IT and business units to resolve data-related issues
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Data Analytics, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Visualization certifications are a plus Minimum 4–6 years of experience in a relevant role
