Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Jeddah for a Prescription Engineer. The Prescription Engineer will be responsible for creating innovative designs and specifications for electrical systems, coordinating with clients to ensure requirements are met, and working alongside engineering teams to deliver technical solutions. Daily tasks will involve project assessments, providing technical advice, drafting detailed technical documents, and ensuring projects comply with relevant international and local standards. Collaboration with manufacturing and commissioning teams is essential to execute projects efficiently and ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications Technical expertise in electrical systems, including knowledge of power transformers, switchgear, substations, or control systems Proficiency in engineering design tools and software Strong project management and coordination skills Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and internal teams Familiarity with international standards such as IEC, IEEE, SASO, and ANSIBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field Professional engineering certification and prior experience in the energy, utilities, or manufacturing sectors are a plus Proficiency in both English and Arabic is advantageous
