Job Details

Job Overview We are looking for a Saudi national fresh graduate who is proactive, quick to learn, and comfortable working with computers. This role is ideal for someone at the start of their career who wants hands-on experience in administration, reporting, and government portal coordination. Training will be provided where required.
Key Responsibilities Prepare basic reports and documents using Microsoft Word and Power Point Work on Excel sheets including data entry, formatting, and simple calculations Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized manner Assist with administrative and office-related tasks Work on government portals (e.g., registrations, submissions, updates) after training Support the team with day-to-day coordination and follow-ups Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
Required Skills & Qualifications Saudi national (required) Fresh graduate from a recognized university Good computer skills Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point Fast learner with the ability to work efficiently Good attention to detail Basic English reading and writing skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred (Nice to Have) Any prior internship or administrative experience Basic understanding of online portals or government platforms Strong organizational skills
